Shipping Policy

Which shipping options are available and what are the shipping fees?

  • The preparation of your order starts once your order has been placed, so please allow 1-2 weeks from the date of order to the date of delivery.

    • Standard Delivery - £4.99

    • International Delivery (2-3 weeks) - £14.99

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with delivery details once your order has been delivered to the courier. OGA. is not responsible for any unanticipated delays beyond OGA.'s control.

  • All orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding UK public holidays.

  • Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday from 9am-6pm. An adult signature will be required upon delivery.

  • Pre-order items will ship on the estimated date noted on the product description page. These items will ship through the selected shipping option once they become available.​

Delivery timing is estimated from the time your order is shipped, not when it is placed.

How can I track my order status?

  • Once your item(s) have been shipped you will receive a confirmation email which will include a link to track your order through the carrier. 

Return & Exchange Policy

Our Return Policy

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s). Merchandise that is unworn, unwashed and unused with original labels attached, qualify for a return.

  • Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered, damaged or missing original labels will not be accepted. OGA. reserves the right to refuse returns on merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements in OGA. sole discretion.

  • Merchandise can be returned in the United Kingdom using the free return label provided inside the parcel. For your convenience, the instructions are also provided in the return instructions section below.

Return Instructions

  • Online purchases may be returned via post.

  • A complimentary return label along with easy-to-follow return instructions are enclosed in all parcels.

  • You may also follow the below instructions to return your item(s) via post. Please contact customer care for a return label and they will gladly send you one via email, at no extra cost.

    • Please complete the return form enclosed with your original order, if possible specifying the reason and quantity of returned item(s).

    • Place the item(s) and the return form into the shipping box.

    • Please attach the return label to your parcel where it can be clearly seen, covering the original delivery label.

    • Drop off the package at an Access Point near you.

    • Please do not combine items from multiple orders in one return parcel. Instead, use the return label dedicated to the specific item belonging to its respective order.

    • A return is processed only once it passes the quality inspection and an automated refund email notification is sent to confirm the details of the return.

    • Generally, returns are processed approximately within 3-5 business days of receipt in the warehouse. However, during sales and promotional periods, it may take longer than usual.

 

Please note, OGA. will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, mishandled, or damaged

(I) prior to acceptance at the Access Point when utilising the free return label provided by OGA or

(ii) in the event that the prepaid label provided by OGA. is not used for the return shipment.

Return Label

  • Free returns labels, along with easy-to-follow instructions, are included in all our shipped orders. 

  • You can find more information on how to return your item(s) via post in the return instructions above. If you are unable to locate your return label, please contact Customer Care, and they will gladly send you a new one via email at no extra cost.

Refunds

  • How are refunds issued for a purchase made online?

    • Refunds may only be issued via the same method that was utilised for payment of the original order.

  • How long does it take for a refund to be issued?

    • Once we have processed your return, you will receive an automated refund notification via email.

    • However, the time taken for the refund to arrive in your bank or credit card account may vary and depends upon the speed of your bank's processing procedures. We recommend that you contact your bank or financial institution for more precise information.
